With an enriching experience of more than 18 years on social development issues working with the government, multi lateral organizations, and NGOs. He has worked in Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, National Disaster Management Authority, UNDP, UNICEF, Delhi Disaster Management Authority, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, CARE India, U.P. Land Development Corporation among others. Where he has handled major national & international projects and programs. In the last few years, he has built expertise on CSR, and leading a prominent CSR network in India. He is also the member of Expert Appraisal Committee (Non-Coal Mining), Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India and member, State level Vigilance & Monitoring Committee for the State of Uttar Pradesh, Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. His experience is with diverse stakeholders like government, public representatives, vulnerable communities, NGOs, opinion leaders and community volunteers has come up as an asset for establishment & growth of ISRN.
