Neha is a seasoned development practitioner with 4 years of experience in Public Health, MNCH, Nutrition, and Education. Her expertise lies in Project management, Coordination, Implementation, M&E, Social Research, Team Management, Government, and Community interaction.
After completing her Masters in Public Health from Panjab University, she started working on versatile issues like Child Care, Women Empowerment, Hygiene & Sanitation, HIV, and Communicable & Non-Communicable diseases, etc. with various non-profit organizations and corporates, such as Max Healthcare Saket, Voluntary Health Association of India, MAMTA Health Institute for Mother & Child and so on.
She has started working with ISRN as the Lead of the Nandghar Initiative and has been ideating and conceptualizing different initiatives in Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan to create the best model for Anganwadi centers. She loves to read books and believes that she could create a lifelong impact in the life of the underserved.
