Companies Act Notification

We at ISRN through our members try to ensure adequate assistance to all diverse setups like the corporate, NGOs and government departments. It is a hand holding agency which facilitates the capacities and potentials of its members in all possible ways like as resource agency, for financial assistance, for developing strategies etc. The focus of the forum is to enable its members, to work together towards the targets aimed at and achieve better results.

The whole aim of the forum is to bring together the three sectors which aim at working towards community development and establish a model of development where all the three players work together using each other's expertise towards one common goal.

CSR activities

  • eradicating extreme hunger and poverty;
  • promotion of education;
  • promoting gender equality and empowering women;
  • reducing child mortlity and improving maternal health;
  • combating human immunodeficiency virus, acquired immune deficiency syndrome, malaria and other diseases;
  • ensuring environmental sustainability;
  • employment enhancing vocational skills;
  • social business projects;
  • contribution to the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund or any other fund set up by the Central Government or the State Governments for socio-economic development and relief and funds for the welfare of the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, other backward classes, minorities and women; and
  • such other matters as may be prescribed.

Two flagship schemes "Swach Bharat Abhiyan" and "Clean Ganga Mission" of NDA II have been included as CSR activities under Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013 from 24th October, 2014.



ISRN provides a platform to all its members to share their experiences, best practices, innovations, expertise on the public domain.


Media Coverage

In today's time where it is a necessity to be accessible to a wide range of individuals or organizations, from diverse groups, like corporate, NGOs and government, the need for the fourth pillar of democracy-Media, is inevitable.


Audiovisual Gallery

Audio-visual gallery is an amalgamation of IEC (information, education, communication) materials, snapshots of various events and activities, audio-visuals of training, jingles, clippings carrying messages or information, electronic brochures etc.
