ISRN has successfully created 32 Uttam Schools aimed at transforming quality of education through improvements in the infrastructure and facilities. Some features of Uttam School :
Of these, 22 schools and 2 colleges were sponsored through MLA fund, 5 were supported by Vikram Cement and 3 were a part of IFFCO-TOKIO's CSR initiative.
ISRN has contributed significantly in improving the overall performance of the 2 CHCs and 1 PHC on health outcome indicators by installing solar plants in Rajasthan by Implementing another CSR initiative by IFFCO TOKIO which dealt with "Scaling up Solar Powered Community Health Centre (CHC) for Strengthening Rural Health Services".
Sunil Healthcare Ltd.'s CSR initiative upgraded 3 villages in Alwar District of Rajasthan as Open Defecation Free(ODF) zone. ISRN along with Sulabh International as an assisting agency, constructed toilets with which Gram Swachta Samiti (GSS) ,for the sustainability of the project after its implementation was formed which was given the task to carefully and regularly monitor the correct usage by all members of the household, maintenance, and cleanliness of the toilets.
ISRN also assisted with the awareness generation, monitoring and capacity building for the program. The composition of Gram Swachata Samiti was systematized in a way that a daily monitoring can be done and at the same time should have local representatives such as a local ASHA worker some beneficiaries ,ANM ,Sarpanch , Ward Panch .The beneficiaries taken as members have 50 percent men and 50% women to allow capacity building of every section i.e. men and women.
